3 sections of the spec have been updated and published as 2017A. The schema has been updated to version 10.4.
These changes are to:
- align the spec with the schema version 10.4
- align the Reference Data from Appendix 2 published as xml

The 2018 spec (which will contain these changes) will be published on the JCQ site in January 2018.
